Ken Park has a 20-year background in creating sushi, most notably at Shilla Seoul Hotel and the Hilton Seoul Hotel. His (art!) food philosophy is that a dish must be both beautiful and taste delicious in order to appeal to an American palate. To that end, Chef Ken often uses bright flowers, lush leaves and small stones in his food presentations.
